Customer Relationship Management

You will be accompanied by CiiS to define and build your Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
In such projects, CiiS defines with its clients the sources and the nature of the information which need to be managed within the company's customer repository.

CiiS then takes care of the implementation of the different functional modules:
  • Customer record management;
  • Customer preference management;
  • Data collection about the actual customer sales;
  • Calculation of the segmentation indicators;
  • Calculations of the points possibly linked to the customer sales;
  • Data selection/extraction.

The follow-up of the customers frequently requires the implementation by CiiS of:
  • a maintenance application for customer information at the disposal of the customer department;
  • an internet application giving the identified customers a private space allowing them to view and to update their own information.
Application modules related to the management of marketing campaigns (off-line or on-line) are frequently needed. CiiS provides this type of functional modules by proposing interfaces for data interchange (in and out) with service providers specialized in mailing (papers, e-mails, sms, etc).
